I'm here to answer your questions and help you determine if we're a good fit. Let's connect and explore how I can support your path to liberation.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you've had experiences with providers who didn't truly see or understand you. I want to make this process as comfortable and accessible as possible.

Whether you're seeking eating disorder recovery, trauma healing, support for your neurodivergent brain, or affirmation of your LGBTQIA+ identity, you deserve care that celebrates every part of who you are. I'm here to answer your questions, discuss your needs, and help you feel confident about moving forward.
