LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent clients are celebrated as they are.
Care that focuses on your needs, not weight, labels, or insurance rules.
Maybe you’re here because something about food, your body, or what you’ve lived through no longer feels sustainable. You might wonder if it is “bad enough” to count as an eating disorder or trauma, or worry that you will not be taken seriously. Whether you are the one struggling or you are watching your teen hurt and not knowing how to reach them, you deserve support. Therapy here is a place where you do not have to minimize your experience, prove how sick you are, or fit a certain box to get care.
This is a space where you do not have to minimize your pain or wait until things get worse to be taken seriously.
Healing rarely happens in isolation. We offer support that honors both your inner world and the systems you live in.
For queer and/or neurodivergent teens & adults navigating eating disorders, trauma, burnout, identity exploration, and overwhelm. Especially those who have felt misunderstood, dismissed, or told they are “not sick enough” to need care.
For parents & caregivers supporting teens with eating disorders or neurodivergence. Support focuses on helping you feel more confident holding boundaries, reducing fear, and supporting your teen’s healing without shame or control.
Many of these experiences overlap. Therapy here honors the full picture of your life, rather than forcing you into one category.
We work with people who have spent years trying to make themselves fit into systems that were never built for them. Many of the clients we support are queer, neurodivergent, high-masking, or quietly struggling in ways that have been minimized or misunderstood. Some have been told they’re “not sick enough” for care. Others have tried therapy before and left feeling unseen, rushed or pathologized.
Our approach is grounded in body liberation, harm reduction, and deep respect for lived experience. We believe healing happens in relationship, through curiosity, compassion, and honesty. You won’t be asked to shrink, perform, or explain who you are. Our goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be fully yourself and supported in rebuilding trust with your body, your nervous system, and your life.
Healing here is not determined by insurance requirements, BMI cutoffs, or diagnostic thresholds. You do not need to prove your suffering to receive meaningful support.
Queerness, neurodivergence, and difference are not things to be corrected. Therapy here affirms identity and works with your nervous system rather than against it.
Many coping strategies once served an important purpose. We take time to understand them with care before exploring what you are ready to shift.
We start by building a sense of safety in the therapy space and in your body. This includes understanding what helps you feel grounded, how stress shows up, and what support you need when things feel overwhelming.
Together, we make sense of patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and body responses. This step helps things feel less confusing and reduces self-blame by understanding why your reactions make sense.
Once there is clarity and stability, we work on healing what still feels stuck or distressing. The approach is chosen together and moves at a pace that feels supportive, not forced.

You do not need a diagnosis, referral, or proof that you are “sick enough” to begin therapy. If something feels off, overwhelming, or unsustainable, that is enough reason to seek support.
This practice is private pay. That means your care is guided by your needs, not insurance rules or diagnostic thresholds. But many clients are able to get reimbursed for a significant portion of each session through their out-of-network benefits.
